The Future Shakespeare Program, founded and organized by Mr. Ron Matthews, is a series of free, Creative Writing workshops that will be held each weekend from April 15th to October 15th in public parks and Libraries across New York, with midtown Manhattan, Long Island and Queens being our primary base of operations. Students of all ages will learn about the beauty of Creative Writing from published authors and guest speakers that work in the industry. By the end of the program, each student will be able to write, design, manufacture and publish their own books.  Free grants between $500-$1000 will be awarded to lucky students chosen by our award committee who possess exceptional literary talent and present the best original work in the categories of fiction, non fiction, poetry and prose.
